FRP scrubber is a kind of equipment used for industrial waste gas treatment. It mainly uses liquid (usually water or specific chemical solution) to clean the gas containing pollutants, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air. This equipment is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing and other industries, and has a good effect on removing dust particles, harmful gases, etc. in the waste gas.
Working principle of FRP scrubber:
Absorption process: When the polluted gas enters the scrubber, it contacts with the scrubbing liquid sprayed from top to bottom, and removes pollutants in the airflow by physical adsorption and chemical reaction.
Separation process: After being fully mixed, the gas and liquid phases are separated under the action of gravity. The purified gas is discharged from the top, and the liquid containing pollutants is collected for further treatment or recycling.
Circulation system: In order to improve efficiency and save costs, a circulation system is usually set up to allow part of the used scrubbing liquid to return to the tower to continue working.
Strong corrosion resistance: Due to the use of glass fiber reinforced plastic as the main material, the equipment can still
maintain good stability when facing strong acidic and alkaline media.
Light weight but high strength: Compared with similar products made of traditional metal materials, FRP material not
only reduces the overall weight but also enhances the structural strength.
Long service life: Under the condition of correct installation and maintenance, the FRP washing tower can operate stably
for a long time, reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement.
